Meet Dr. Sam!

Dr. Samneet K. Mangat, a.k.a Dr. Sam, was born and raised in northeast Calgary and is the founder of Happy Trails Children’s Dentistry. She attended the University of Calgary where she graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science (with distinction). Following that, Dr. Sam moved to Detroit where she completed her dental school. It was then Dr. Sam found her passion in working with children, which led to her specializing in Pediatric Dentistry. She was also recognized in dental school for her strong leadership qualities as well as promise in the field of Pediatric Dentistry. After completing a rigorous two year residency program at the renowned Children’s Hospital Colorado, which is one of the top ten children’s hospitals in the US, Dr. Sam decided it was time to move back home, and she couldn’t be more excited! As a proud Calgarian, Dr. Sam is excited to give back to the city that has given her so much!

In her spare time, Dr. Sam loves to cook, visit the mountains with her husband, and of course spend time with her nieces and nephews!
